John M. Fowler was elected as a director of StoneX Group Inc. in 2005. Mr. Fowler has been a private investor since 1998 and acts as a private financial consultant and advisor. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Fowler was the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Director of MoneyGram Payment Systems, Inc. Mr. Fowler also served as an Executive Vice President of the Travelers Group, Inc. (now Citigroup, Inc.) from 1986 to 1994.
